The challenge

Our hospitality industry client developed an ambitious strategy for growth and improving the guest experience, requiring significant changes in the company. To support this, they wanted to get better and quicker at delivering organisational change.

What we did

We worked with the Centre of Expertise to design and deliver two programmes over four months:

1. An open programme for all HR Group employees, ensuring a common understanding of organisation design and change capability.
2. A masterclass workshop programme for specialist HR team members who support senior leaders with complex organisational change.

Bringing together team members from across the global business, the programme helped people to build relationships, share learnings and align on a common approach.

The result

• The programme was well-attended, and the CRHO was happy that it met its objectives
