Following an acquisition, a pharmaceutical multinational launched an integration programme to bring the new company together. With workstreams impacting staff in both legacy organisations, the client wanted to ensure employees felt supported during the change. They asked Change Associates to help.
What we did
We analysed the changes to operating processes, structures, systems, rewards and benefits necessitated by the merger and assessed the impact on different groups. We worked with in-house specialists to minimise any negative impacts, reduce resistance and disruption, and provide a positive employee experience. We helped plan and implement initiatives to ensure an effective transition.
