A sustainable international growth strategy and structure for GAMA Healthcare
The challenge
GAMA Healthcare, the specialists in infection control, saw demand rocket during the pandemic. They needed to review their strategy to take advantage of immediate opportunities while remaining focused on sustainable growth. And they needed the right organisation design to make it happen.
They asked Change Associates to help.
What we did
We reviewed the existing long-term strategy before turning it into a four year plan with a detailed execution plan for year one. We helped prioritise markets for expansion and created a playbook for moving into new territories.
Our recommendations prompted rethink of the organisation’s operating model and some new roles. We used orgvue™ to model and cost alternative options and to advise on recruitment priorities.
We also managed the selection and implementation of Salesforce to support the new strategy.
