A new operating model for Weetabix
Having adopted a new company strategy, the Weetabix board needed a new operating model to make it happen.
They asked Change Associates to help.
What we did
We used orgvue™ to analyse the existing structure and to model alternative options for the leadership team. We were asked to include several potential future developments in our thinking.
After developing the overall model the board preferred, our consultants met with each member of the leadership team to finalise the detail. We looked at all key processes and modelled the structure in orgvue™ to predict the costs of change.
The new structure was successfully implemented, with the Weetabix leadership commenting positively about the expertise and analytical tools Change Associates brought to the project.
