Helping Pandora make a success of SuccessFactors
Jewellery manufacturer and retailer Pandora had subscribed to SAP SuccessFactors for more than two years. But the system had only been rolled out to ten per cent of the company and the user experience was poor.
What we did
At the request of the new CHRO, Change Associates reset the implementation plan, provided SAP-specific expertise in processes and change, and prepared the Pandora team to take the programme forward.
- Within eight months SuccessFactors had been implemented in 60% of the company, within budget and the deadline.
- Change Associates introduced an implementation partner to work with the Pandora staff to complete the final 40%.
