Transforming the HR model of a national broadcaster
The challenge
A national broadcaster needed a new HR model as part of an organisational transformation. Recognising they needed expert project management to secure executive support and complete the project on time, they asked Change Associates to help.
What we did
Change Associates established a project management office and identified the key tools needed. We developed a new HR model in which accountabilities and structures were clearly redefined to align with the new organisation. Our consultants ran workshops to introduce the approach to the business.
The result
