Building global change capability at Avis Budget Group
The challenge
Avis Budget Group had an ambitious global programme of digital transformation. But a lack of change management capability meant the pace of change was slow. They asked Change Associates to help.
What we did
We defined a Change Management Framework and, with input from stakeholders, built a Change Management Playbook. We supplemented this with tools and templates for practitioners to use on change projects and ran workshops to train the US and UK teams.
The result

Practitioners were able to adopt a change management mindset, use the playbook and toolkit effectively, and felt more confident in their roles.
